This is your opportunity to connect face-to-face
with career and technical educators, administrators, board
members, and PA Department of Education personnel.
Design and build an educational or commercial exhibit
to show others your program or product and to promote our
Connecting Education and Careers conference theme.
Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served

Commercial
Exhibitors:
You may reserve
more than one booth - two or three
booths per company are available. Booths
will be assigned, upon receipt of your
check, on a first come, first served
basis.

Educational
Exhibitors:
One table per
organization is available for a maximum
total of 25 tables for the educational
exhibits. Therefore, it is very important
to get your application mailed to us
as soon as possible as this will be
a first come, first served basis.

Exhibits
Conference Schedule:
Wednesday, June 26
-
Exhibitors may set up
Wednesday evening (time to be announced) or
Thursday morning
(all exhibits must be set up by 8:30 a.m. on
Thursday).
If you choose to set up on Wednesday evening,
please be aware that the exhibit area not be locked,
and no security personnel
will be in the room.
Thursday, June 27
- 8:30 a.m.
All
exhibits must be set up.
- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m.
Exhibits open. We would
like all exhibitors to remain set up until 5:00 p.m.
- Mid-morning and
Mid-afternoon
There will be a beverage break in
the exhibit space to give attendees additional
time to visit the exhibits.
- 11:30 a.m.
Lunch
will be served in the exhibit space.
