PA•CTEC invites
you to exhibit at the 36th Annual Conference at the NEW
Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Conference dates are June
28-30 with the exhibits available to participants on
Tuesday, June 29. This is your opportunity to connect face-to-face
with career and technical educators, administrators, board
members, and PA Department of Education personnel.
Design and build an educational or commercial exhibit
to show others your program or product and to promote our
Connecting Education and Careers conference theme.
Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served
basis. Act now to secure your space!

Commercial
Exhibitors:
You may reserve
more than one booth - two or three
booths per company are available. Booths
will be assigned, upon receipt of your
check, on a first come, first served
basis.

Educational
Exhibitors:
One table per
organization is available for a maximum
total of 25 tables for the educational
exhibits. Therefore, it is very important
to get your application mailed to us
as soon as possible as this will be
a first come, first served basis.

Exhibits
Conference Schedule:
Monday, June 28
-
Exhibitors may set up
Monday evening (time to be announced) or
Tuesday morning
(all exhibits must be set up by 8:30 a.m. on
Tuesday).
If you choose to set up on Monday evening,
please be aware that the exhibit area will be locked
at the end of the evening, but no security personnel
will be in the room.
Tuesday, June 29
- 8:30 a.m.
All
exhibits must be set up
- 9:00 a.m. — 6:00
p.m.
Exhibits open in the Exhibition Hall. We would
like all exhibitors to remain set up until 6:00 p.m.
- Mid-morning and
Mid-afternoon
There will be a beverage break on
the trade show floor to give attendees additional
time to visit exhibits.
- 12:30 p.m.
Lunch
will be available for conference attendees to purchase
on the trade show floor.
- 5:30 p.m.
Items
donated by schools and exhibitors will be given out
in the exhibit area by means of a “Silent Raffle”.
