The Pennsylvania Career and Technical Education Conference Policy and Planning Committee is pleased to offer a variety of marketing options that will position your company or school in front of hundreds of education professionals who use educational materials or services every day. Sponsoring a conference event, advertising in the conference program, or exhibiting your company’s products -- any of these options will help you to achieve the reach, frequency, and visibility you need to solidify your position as a provider of products and services to CTE educators and administrators.

Below are Specialty Conference Sponsorship packages, which can be customized to better meet your needs, and Individual Marketing Opportunities. As you review the information, please note the “Reserve by” dates. All opportunities will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Keynote Sponsor - $3,000 exclusive  
 
Sponsorship of the after-dinner keynote speaker on Monday, June 28 will allow you to get the attention of every conference attendee!

Registration Sponsor - $2,000 exclusive Reserve by: January 31, 2010
 
Conference registration materials will be mailed to approximately 5,000 educators across Pennsylvania.  Be sure that your logo and web address are on them!

  • Company logo printed on registration materials that will reach 5,000 Pennsylvania educators.
  • Company banner displayed in the registration area – the location that all conference participants
       must visit to receive their registration materials.

Conference Badge Sponsor - $2,000 exclusive  
 
All conference participants wear a name badge and that means everyone will see your company name and logo!

Badges can be used after the conference as a wallet so your imprinted logo will be seen long after the conference is over!

If your company or school is interested in making a monetary or prize donation to be given away on Thursday, please complete the appropriate section of the Marketing Opportunities Reservation Form. Your donation will be recognized in the conference program.
