Welding
Update |

|
Click

Lincoln Electric will update instructors
in how to optimize weld machine output with
computer designed alloy specific waveform,
demonstrate new welder designs for 2009,
discuss environmental updates including weld
fume capture systems, and discuss the future
of weld training using “virtual weld
training.”
Special emphasis will be put on the submerged
arc process including live demonstrations and
hands-on training. While this form of welding
has been around for many years, due to a lack
of smoke, open arc and increased comfort for
the welder, it is a process that many
companies are turning back to. New high tech
wave forms and power sources are making this
process better than ever.
Each seminar attendee will receive a copy of
Lincoln Electric’s education program “No
Teacher Left Behind” ($999 value) including
training CD for GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, and
SMAW. |
